Why We Built This Site
Kentucky offers several ways to obtain criminal-record information, but each source answers a different question. The Fulton County Sheriff keeps sheriff-created incident and arrest material, while the Fulton County Detention Center controls its booking and custody records. The Office of Circuit Court Clerk in Hickman maintains District and Circuit case files, including charges and dispositions. Kentucky State Police manages the central fingerprint-supported repository and the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry, while the Kentucky Department of Corrections reports qualifying correctional status. This site brings together the verified contacts, fees, request steps, and official search routes for those separate custodians.

An official record must come from its custodian, such as the Fulton County Circuit Court Clerk, the sheriff, or Kentucky State Police. This site only identifies the appropriate route.
