A name or location entered in a search tool is transmitted directly to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep or log those search terms on our own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email sent to us may be retained long enough to answer and manage the correspondence. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Fulton County Criminal History does not maintain, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes general directions to records held by the Fulton County Sheriff, the Office of Circuit Court Clerk, Kentucky State Police, and the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry. This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report or a record about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Independent companies operate the search boxes. Information entered into a tool is governed by that provider's privacy policy, including its retention and disclosure rules. Those practices are outside our control, so review the applicable policy before submitting a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Fulton County offices, Kentucky court portals, state agencies, legal-aid resources, or outside search services. Once you leave this website, the destination's privacy policy controls the visit. Review it before providing personal information.
Some advertising partners may use their own systems to follow activity across websites and select targeted advertisements. We do not operate that tracking.

We do not sell personal data. Information may nevertheless be disclosed to:
