These Terms of Use govern access to this website, its content, and its search features. Visiting a page or submitting a search signifies acceptance of all conditions below. If you disagree with them, you must stop using the site.

NO FCRA USE. Fulton County Criminal History is privately owned and has no affiliation with a local, state, or federal government body. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provides a service intended for credit decisions, employment screening, tenant evaluation, insurance underwriting, or another use regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). This is a Kentucky criminal-record reference resource, not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This is an independent private reference site. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve records, conduct official background checks, or submit documents for a visitor.

The content identifies custodians of Fulton County records, including the sheriff, the Circuit Court Clerk, Kentucky State Police, and the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry. Public-agency access is governed by laws that include the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 through 61.884, and criminal-history dissemination provisions such as KRS 17.150 and KRS 17.185. The site also links to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

You may not use information from this website or a linked service to intimidate, discriminate against, threaten, stalk, or harass anyone. Such conduct may also violate criminal law. This restriction is especially important for data from the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry. Kentucky limits misuse of registry information, which exists for public-safety awareness, not vigilantism, housing discrimination, or employment blacklisting.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or background checks. Our advertising partners likewise do not offer services through this site for evaluating job applicants, rental applications, insurance rates, or creditworthiness. You agree that neither this site nor a linked tool will be used to:

  • Set an insurance premium or assess creditworthiness
  • Evaluate an applicant for housing or a rental
  • Make a hiring or termination decision
  • Determine eligibility for a government program, license, or permit
  • Carry out any other activity governed by the FCRA

A check needed for a regulated purpose must be obtained through Kentucky State Police or a screening provider that complies with the FCRA.
